Dr. Tuko Tari Moses
President
Dr Tuko Tari Moses is a Consultant Physician with 20 years of practice 8 of which are as a Specialist, and works at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State Nigeria.
He is a devout Catholic, a Member of the Catholic Men Organization of St. Dominic's Catholic Church Birnin Kebbi and Sokoto Catholic Diocese.
He has the prestigious Diploma in Theology of the Vatican School of the Faith, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Basic Theology of the Same Institution.
He is a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria as well as a Public Health specialist. He also has certifications in Infection Prevention and control by the NCDC, WHO and Africa CDC.
He practices in Federal Teaching Hospital Birnin Kebbi as the Head of Department of Internal Medicine and he in addition coordinates the Infectious diseases Isolation and treatment Centre with clinical experience in Case Management of infectious diseases like Lassa Fever, M.pox, Diphtheria, Covid 19.
He is also a visiting Senior Lecturer to the Federal University Birnin Kebbi and also a Visiting Consultant to Kebbi State University Teaching Hospital among others. He has been a Clinical Mentor to National AIDS/ HIV, STIs and viral hepatitis control Program as well as a Mentor to many young doctors and other Healthcare Workers especially in Medical Residency Training, Infection Prevention and Control and Infectious diseases case Management
He has delivered many public lectures at Universities, Scientific conferences, Seminars and workshops
His passion is to see the Christian faithfuls especially in Northern Nigeria come together in faith and love to support our collective pilgrimage to God's heavenly Kingdom.
He has always had the passion since his early days in Secondary School where he coordinated the Young Catholic Students (YCS) Fellowship, through to his University days as an outstanding executive of the Federation of Catholic Medical and Dental Students ( FECAMDS ) in the University of Jos, in Plateau State, Nigeria.
He is happily married to a beautiful Hod fearing wife and is blessed with 4 lovely children.

Is a dedicated Christian leader, Medical Laboratory Scientist, and healthcare professional with qualifications in National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS), and professional certification as a Pharmacy Technician (R.Pharm.Tech.). He is also a Jerusalem Pilgrim (JP).
He currently serves as the Vice President of the Association, where he supports the realization of the Association's vision and promotes unity, fellowship, and spiritual growth among members. A committed follower of Christ, he is passionate about servant leadership and upholding the values of integrity, excellence, and godly stewardship.
Through his professional and faith-based engagements, he seeks to foster discipleship, mutual support, and meaningful impact within the Christian community. His interests include biblical exposition, leadership development, healthcare service, and community engagement.
He is happly Married to Mrs. Janet Amos and Blessed with three Children two Boys One Girl. He remains committed to contributing positively to the Church and society to the glory of God.
Barr. Elijah Salihu Malgwi

Lawyer, Seasoned Administrator and Certified Project Management Professional, Elijah Salihu Malgwi who is from Tashan Nggwa in Hawul Local Government Area of Borno State was born on 5th October 1982. The second of five surviving children of 7, he attended Kings College, Lagos and the University of Maiduguri graduating with an LLB Hons. he was called to the Nigeria Bar on 20th November 2012.
He played a key role in the founding of the Christian Health Practitioners Association Kebbi in 2019 and has served as its General Secretary since then. He runs the Association on a daily basis by virtue of the position he holds.
Mr. Dazy Danjuma Bawa

Mr. Dazy Danjuma Bawa is a seasoned nursing professional and public health practitioner currently serving as the Deputy Director of Nursing and Unit Head of Anaesthesia. He has made significant contributions to clinical nursing practice, anaesthesia services, healthcare management, and thought over 1000 students in colleges of nursing.
Mr. Dazy, possesses a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Public Health (BSc Hons), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSNc), Master of Science (MSc), and a Master of Public Health (MPH). His multidisciplinary training and years of experience both local and international, has equipped him with expertise in patient care, anaesthesia services, health systems management, disease prevention, and public health research.
He has demonstrated dedication to excellence, leadership, mentorship, and the advancement of nursing and healthcare services. He is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, professional development, and quality healthcare delivery.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Dazy Danjuma Bawa is a devoted family man, happily married and blessed with three children. Also, an ordained minister with Living Faith Foundation (LFF) in Birnin Kebbi Assembly, Kebbi State Nigeria.

Mrs. Osesua Anthony Alice is From Akwa Ibom state. Married to Dr. Osesua Anthony. She is an astute with HND in Secretarial Studies and a Master Degree in Public Administration from the prestigious Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. A confidential Secretary working at Federal Teaching Hospital, Birnin Kebbi. Currently serving as a Financial Secretary to Christian Health Practitioners Association (CHPAK) Kebbi State.

Mr. Ibrahim Zimro

Ibrahim Zimro was born on 26 May 1975 in Dabai, located in Zuru Local Government Area. He is a dedicated healthcare professional, public health practitioner, and Christian leader whose life has been characterized by service, compassion, and a commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and communities.
His professional journey began after the successful completion of his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE), when he enrolled for training as a Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW). Driven by a passion for healthcare and continuous professional development, he later obtained a Nursing Certificate, a Diploma in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Nursing, qualifying him as a Nurse ENT Practitioner, and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Public Health.
With years of experience in healthcare service delivery,
Ibrahim currently serves as a Nurse Practitioner and Nurse ENT Practitioner at Federal Teaching Hospital Birnin Kebbi. He is actively involved in patient care, public health promotion, and community outreach, contributing significantly to the advancement of healthcare services and improved health outcomes.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ibrahim is a devoted Christian and serves as a Deacon in Assemblies of God Church Nigeria . He is a proud father of three children and remains committed to balancing his family responsibilities, professional duties, and Christian ministry.
